Pastor

Father Daniel Geddes, FSSP

Fr. GeddesFr. Geddes is a native of Kincardine, Ontario. The second of five boys and a twin, Father comes from a family of Irish-German descent. After studying Electronic Technology in college, he entered Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Denton, Nebraska in 2000 and having completed his studies, was ordained to the Sacred Priesthood on May 12, 2007.

After ordination, he served for a year as assistant pastor in Chesapeake, Virginia, before being assigned to Vancouver, British Columbia, where he is currently based. He became pastor of Holy Family Parish in 2013 - a personal parish of the Archdiocese of Vancouver for the celebration of the Traditional Latin Mass. In addition to his role as pastor, he was elected in 2018 by the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter as Assistant to Fr. Andrzej Komorowski, Superior General of the FSSP, and currently helps in overseeing the work of the priests in the Fraternity.

Father Kent Grealy, FSSP

Fr. Grealy was born and raised in Victoria, BC. He has two older step-sisters, and one older step-brother. He is of Irish, English, Scottish, Danish, and Romanian descent. He received the usual Sacraments as a child, and attended Catholic school K-12; but he did not really begin practicing and living the Faith until he was 17. Since then, it has been an incredible adventure. He obtained a BA in History (Ancient and Medieval) from the University of Victoria, and then entered Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Nebraska in 2015. He was ordained to the Sacred Priesthood on May 27, 2022.
 
Holy Family Parish is Fr. Grealy's first assignment.
